Dental 4 Less – Teeth Whitening 

Question: I feel like my teeth are not as white as I would like. I want an easy way to whiten them that does not cost alto of money.  I was told that all I need to do is brush my teeth really hard for at least five minutes with whitening toothpaste will that work? 

Answer: Please do not follow that advise.  Brushing your teeth too hard will not only damage your gums and your teeth as well.  Over time brushing to hard will wear down your tooth enamel. Without the protection of your enamel your teeth are at a higher risk of decay.   There are many good low cost over the counter whitening products that are safe to use. If you are not sure what is best for you talk to your dentist and go over your options.
