Dental 4 Less – Changing Out Your Toothbrush
The American Dental Association, recommends changing your toothbrush every three months. Your toothbrush overtime will go through normal wear and tear and become less effective with removing plaque from your teeth and gums. Studies have found that around three months is when the bristles break down and lose their effectiveness.
