Dental and Vision Insurance for Kids.
Question: At what age should you include your kids in your dental, vision insurance? I have a three year old. Isn’t it too early for her to have to have dental cleanups ? For vision I understand she could develop difficulty in seeing anytime but can I take her to the eye clinic for that right now. The cost of adding her to by plan benefits would be a little more the I can afford right now but if it is better for me to add her now I will do so.
Reply: It is suggested that a child should see a dentist by the time they cut their first tooth no latter then the age of two. So your child being three means you child is not to young to see the dentist. Therefore if you have current dental insurance you may want to add your child to your plan
