What is a co-payment on a dental insurance plan?
Your co-payment is the amount to be paid by you for the portion of services rendered. Many PPO’s and Indemnity dental insurance plans have co-pays. An example would be, the company pays 80% for basic dental services and your co-pay would be the remaining 20%
