Clean Healthy Teeth Have No Cavities.
With the exception of a few medical conditions that can affect your teeth, clean healthy teeth do not get cavities. In order to keep your teeth and gums clean and healthy here are some few basic tips.
* Brush your teeth at least twice a day every day. A good time would be thirty minues after breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
* Floss your teeth at least once a day. Carry floss on hand so if you eat something that does get stuck in-between your teeth, you are not waiting until you get home to floss and remove the food bit.
* Make sure to schedule (and keep) an appointment with your dentist for routine cleaning and examinations at least twice a year one every six months or as advise by your dentist.
* Keep denture, removable partials, retainer and other appliances clean. This would include regular brushing or soaking in cleaning solution.
