Calcium Deficiency and Dental Decay.

I have a calcium deficiency because of that my teeth seem to decay easily and even though I brush and floss daily I still have problems with dental cavities.    I notice I have a small brown spot in between my two front teeth and I worried it is another cavity forming.

First is there anything a dentist can do to stop me from getting cavities so easily? Second I do not have dental insurance and my dental care cost are getting to be too much.  Is there a dental insurance plan that can help be based on my calcium deficiency and the dental issues it causes.
