An Allergic Reaction to Mouthwash Causes the Death of a Woman
A woman dies at a dental clinic when she has a sever allergic reaction to the mouthwash they used. After she rinsed her mouth out with the mouthwash Corsodyl, she complained that she felt very hot and itchy.
Seconds later she fell to the floor after suffering an anaphylactic shock and died almost instantly. Paramedics where there in only a few minutes but were unable to revive her. An investigation will be done to ascertain the reason behind such a severe reaction to the mouthwash.
