Stinky Breath, dental care need help

I seem to have stinky breath no matter what I do.  I brush before going out in the morning but by lunch my breath stinks.  I have mints but after awhile they just upset my tummy so I do not like eating to many.  I am not allowed to chew gum at work so I do not do that.  Any suggestions so that I will not keep offending  any one with my breath

Review what you are eating. Foods beside just garlic can cause you to have bad breath. Coffee for an example. I am a big coffee drinking in the morning and I normally will have a cup of Joe on my desk at work in the morning.

However I know I start to get bad coffee breath so I have a travel size tooth brush and paste with me that I keep in my brief case. If I have a morning or afternoon meeting I will just do a quick brushing of my teeth. Some people think this take up to much time but it is a whole extra three minutes better that then to offend with my breath.

When have you last seen a dentist. I know you said you brush daily in the morning but you may still have some oral issues going on that is causing your bad breath problem.

If you have not spoken to a dentist about your bad breath I would suggest seeing one confirming if you do have any oral issues that need to be address

You said that the mints upset your tummy right… Well that maybe why you are having bad breath. An up set stomach can cause bad breath. If you have any type of acid reflux even a little that will also cause bad breath issues.

Stop the mints. I like the idea that if you really feel when you are at work that your breath is getting bad. Go to the rest room and just quickly brush you teeth and tongue. You are spitting out there for it should not give you an upset stomach and help control your breath better.

Now I have seen Cologate Wisps which is a very small throw away brush that you can use without water. You may want to check them out and see if they work for you.
