Dental discount plans, what is your experiences with them

I do not have dental insurance and I need a low cost dental plan since it is looking like I may need to have my bridge fixed.   I do not have a lot of money and was thinking about getting a discount dental  plan.  Are the good plans to get?  Do that really help you save money off  the cost of dental services.

    A dental discount plan would save you around 20 percent off the cost of new bridge. Which is not bad considering you may find it hard to get insurance for your preexisting dental need.

    That is true I could not get dental insurance to cover for a new bridge unless my old one was in for over five years. I only had it for three at the time. It was really upsetting to me that dental insurance would not help me out even to fix it.

    I did not know about dental discount plans at the time so I had to pay the dentist in full on my own. It took me five months to pay off that bill.
