Family Dental insurance dental plans for Pennsylvania

We are a family of three.  My husband and I both work but neither of us get dental benefits from our jobs.  My daughter is three and up to now we been just paying cash for our dental needs.  We can continue to do so but I would like to find dental insurance or a dental plan that really make sense and will help us save money.

I do not want dental insurance plans that make you wait for your services to start.  I do not much mind yearly max limitations since we take good care of our teeth I can not see us needing more the $1000 – $1500 a max per year. 

However on the same side I do not want to just get a cheap dental discount plan only to find out you get what you pay for.  I am sorta new to finding dental insurance so if you can get me started in a certain direction that would be best for me that would be great.
