Best dental insurance plan in Virginia

I live in Virgina and I am going to school part time working part time.  I am 30 and I would like to be able to see a dentist.  It has been over three years since I last been to the dentist.  And although I do no  have any dental issues or toothache pain or anything I do not want to continue putting off seeing a dentist for my check up.

I can not afford much so I would like a really affordable plan but I would still like it to offer some good savings how do I know which is the best plan to get for what I can afford.
