Tooth decay and large size cavities dental help needed
My teeth are really bad. I know because I can see a brown spot on my tooth with a little hole. I have always been scared of going to the dentist so I rarely ever did. I do not have any pain so that is odd but I do not know what to do either. Afraid of my tooth getting worse but embarrassed about what a dentist will say and do if he/she see how bad my teeth are. Also I have no dental insurance and worried about my cost. Is there any low cost options? Please advise.

Well you can see what happens by not going to the dentist. I can understand be scared of something but sometime regardless we need to face our fears or the problem on get worse over time costing you not only much more money but having and increase fare effect since not even more dental work is needed.
Get a grip and get a least a dental discount plan so you can reduce your dental cost. You need to see a dentist today!! Just because you have no pain does not mean that having a hole in your tooth is okay.

I really do understand where you are coming form I to hate going to the dentist. I get sick just thinking about having to go. So unless I really have to I will not go.
Problem for you it really sounds as if you have to. Now a this point do not get any of those dental PPO plans they will only make you wait even longer before they cover you for your current dental needs.
Try and see if you can find any low cost dental HMO plans. An HMO dental insurance will really help you with the cost for dental care. You should be able to find a dentist in the network that can understand your fears so just call the dental office before picking one to see how you feel about them.

Why are you so worried about what a dentist will have to say to you. They seen it all. Believe me no matter how bad you feel your teeth are they seen much worse.
They are sure not really going to say anything to make you feel bad they want your business. And from how you are describing your teeth you have a lot of dental work that may need to be done. Why would they make you feel bad.
As far a your fears many people are fearful of the dentist and you just need to address your fears with the dentist at the time of your first appointment. That why they will be able to be a little more understanding to your dental worries.
I and not too fond of going to the dentist either. So when I got I brig my I-Pod and listen to my music while I get me teeth cleaned and what not. It help to to relax and not worry to much as to what the dentist is doing. You may find this is helpful to you too. See a dentist having bad teeth are no fun and is harmful to your over all health.
