10 More states have the non-covered services bills

Now more then half of U.S. states have non-covered services laws on the books. As of the 2011 legislative session 26 states now have laws that prohibit insurance companies from controlling what a dentist may charge for services dental benefit plans don’t cover.  Depending on the state the provisions in the law differ and some state are stronger then other
