Dental insurance for a family of five.

I am looking for dental insurance for my family.  We are out her in PA and just need help with the rising cost of basic dental care.  When you have five people going to the dentist two times a year that becomes very costly.

I use to just pay cash to our dentist.  Now however, the office prices are going up yet again.  I tried shopping out his cost with other local dentist in our area but they are all around the same cost. Now it come time I buy dental insurance.  Just not sure what I should get and would like to get the cost of insurance to a affordable monthly rate.
