Dental care, What are some foods that are good for your teeth.
I would love to know what are some foods that are good for your teeth. They say food with calcium is good for your bones. I know teeth are not really bone so what is good for making your teeth strong. I take good care of the outside of my teeth but if there were foods that help maintain good oral health I would like to try eating them too.

I am not sure what are good food for your teeth but I could tell you the bad ones. Stay away from sodas, candy or sugary foods. Though even they will not hurt your teeth if you brush your teeth after having eating.

Well not only does an apple a day keep the doctor away… But it is also a good food to eat when talking about your teeth. Other raw food that are good for your teeth would include. Carrots, pears, and radishes just to name a few.
Drinking water is also good for your teeth as well as eating high protein foods. If you have citrus fruits or juices which are also good for you teeth, you will need to remember to rinse your mouth out with water afterwords. Since citrus has acid that can ware down your tooth enamel over time.
